Is everything in stock all the time?
We continuously search for rare and hard to find fabrics. Sometimes there is very limited supply allowing us to only offer certain styles in limited quantities. That’s why some styles appear only in certain sizes. Our stock is constantly changing, so if you see a style you like, order quickly! In addition, when joining the Spotterz.com mailing list, you will have access to new designs before they are available on the Spotterz.com Web site. Often, certain styles are exclusive to e-mail members only!
From time to time, we may run out of certain items. You will be notified by our customer service department via email with the status of your order if there are any potential changes.
What is your money back guarantee, exchange and return policies?
Our products are guaranteed to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If not, simply return them in their original condition within 30 days of when you receive them for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any product that is returned in tagged, unused, unwashed, and in original saleable condition.
Exchanges
We Re-ship Exchanges for Free! To alleviate any anxiety over incorrect sizing choices, Spotterz.com offers free exchanges. Simply return your short(s) in original condition within 30 days of when you received them (please no worn or washed shorts). Include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating the size and style(s) you wish to exchange for. We will re-ship your order via Standard Shipping at no charge to you within 24-48 hours of when we receive your returned items!
In addition, you may send an e-mail to orders@spotterz.com to let us know about your incoming exchange and we will try and reserve your preferred items before they run out of stock (make sure to indicate size and style).
Returns
For a full product refund, or store credit, please return your short(s) in original condition within 30 days of when you receive them (please no worn or washed shorts). Include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating whether you'd prefer a store credit or a refund. Please note the reason for return. If you're requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise less shipping.
It is recommended that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we cannot issue a refund.

Sizing
Spotterz volleyball shorts are sized as standard US Adult Women's sizes.
Spotterz "Classic Fit" shorts are best comparable to other shorts sizing in their category. (i.e. if you currently buy similar shorts in “Adult Small”, you should choose Spotterz shorts in “Adult Small”, etc.). Our "Classic Fit" Shorts fits approximately 1" below the belly button.
Spotterz "Low-Rise" shorts are best suited for athletic fit body types (for other body types, choose larger size or "Classic Fit" styles). Our "Low-Rise" Shorts fits approximately 2" below the belly button.
Spotterz NEW "Performance Fit" shorts are also best comparable to other shorts sizing in their category. (i.e. if you currently buy similar shorts in "Adult Small", you should choose Spotterz shorts in "Adult Small", etc.). Our "Performance Fit" Shorts fits approximately 1.5" below the belly button and comes with 2-2.75" inseams.

Since no specific industry standards exist for Women's & Girl's sizing, below is a general guideline to help you make the best decision on your sizes:
Adult Sizing (*Note: sizes overlap due to individual fit preferences):
• XS (0) (equivalent to: Youth M)
• SM (0-2) (equivalent to: Youth L)
• MED (4-6)
• LRG (8-10)
• X-LRG (10-12)
Youth Sizing:
• Youth M is equivalent to Adult XS and Youth L is equivalent to Adult S (Most 13 and under girls wear our Adult XS – S).
Fabric and Materials
Spotterz shorts are made with 4-way stretch poly/spandex (unless otherwise indicated). All shorts have an elastic waistband for a more comfortable fit. Spotterz shorts are tag-free (no more itchy hanging labels!).
Care labels are printed on the inside. Shorts should be hand washed in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Hang to dry.
Do you have a catalog?
Our product line changes almost daily and therefore we do not publish catalogs. All of our shorts are available directly online.
How can I check my order status?
Within minutes after you submit an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. We recommend you print this and save it. Your confirmation lists what your order details. It also includes your order number, which we will need in the event you need to contact us.
